Steve Pilborough is an experienced professional with a strong background in service management and operational development. Currently serving as the Global Head of FLS Transition and Change at Computacenter since September 2003, Steve is responsible for business and contractual changes impacting the FLS division, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the PMO structure. Previous roles at Computacenter include Head of Global Maintenance Development and Service Manager, where responsibilities extended to managing technical vetting, incident management, and driving service improvements across international teams. Steve has also held leadership positions in scheduling, overseeing up to 32 schedulers, managing HR processes, and executing national projects with large engineering teams. Prior experience includes working as a Key Account Manager at Electricity Direct, focusing on client management and business processes.
