Joanna Gerson Fleming is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as a Board Member for School on Wheels of Massachusetts and as Director of Compliance at Computacenter US. With a substantial background in corporate law, Joanna has held positions such as Sr. Corporate Counsel at NETSCOUT and Corporate Counsel at both Fusionstorm and Foneminder LP, where responsibilities included advising on corporate and intellectual property matters. Joanna's past volunteer work includes significant contributions to VERDE-Uganda, focusing on economic development and community support initiatives, and lobbying for increased funding for global health and education programs through the RESULTS organization.
