Sonal Arora currently serves as Vice President - People & Culture at Compunnel Inc. since April 2023 and is also the Chief Mentor at Eunoia Mentors since January 2020. Previously, Sonal held the position of Senior Director - People & Culture at RateGain from September 2022 to April 2023, and Vice President of Human Resources at Compunnel Inc. from January 2021 to September 2022. With an extensive background in human resources, including as Associate Director at Aon Hewitt and as founder and director of Rising STARS Preschool & Daycare, Sonal has successfully managed teams and implemented HR strategies for large organizations. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Center for Management Development.
