Dan Blat is an experienced professional in the field of immunology and biotechnology, currently serving as Director at Compugen since August 2020. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Associate Director of Human Immuno-Oncology Bioassays at Immunocore from January 2014 to July 2020, where the focus was on innovative biological therapeutics. Dan's career also includes significant contributions as a Group Leader and Senior Scientist-Manager at the Weizmann Institute of Science, specializing in genetic engineering of T cells and immune assays. Early in the career, Dan worked as a chemical analyst at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Dan Blat earned a Ph.D. in Immunology and an M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
