Caryn Shriner-Bobbick is the IT Functional Analyst Lead at Comptroller of Maryland since March 2015. Prior to this role, Caryn held various positions at Maryland Department of Human Resources, State of Maryland, CACI, T. Rowe Price, and Valassis. Caryn holds an MBA and MS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Spanish from Albright College.
