Steven Pretlove serves as the Director at CCS IT Solutions since July 2004, where the company provides comprehensive outsourced IT solutions including support, online backups, project management, and IT disposal with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. Since September 2022, Steven has been the UK&I MSP Community Chair for CompTIA, dedicating efforts to promote and support the IT service provider community in the UK and Ireland. Steven coordinated Thames Valley SBSC from December 2014 to July 2022, facilitating discussions among business owners and directors of professional IT service businesses. Previous roles include various positions at CompTIA's Executive Council from 2016 to 2021 and an IT Consultant for EDS/GMAC, where responsibilities included global projects and 4th line support. Steven also served as a Microsoft Consultant at Premier Prisons Service Ltd. (Serco) from 2004 to 2005. Steven's education was completed at Sir Frank Markham from 1991 to 1995.
