Erick Falconi began their career in 2007 as a Sales Lead at T-Mobile, where they worked until 2014. In 2009, they also took on the role of Brand Specialist at Phoenix New Times for a year. From 2014 to 2018, Erick worked as a Technical Recruiter at Atrilogy Solutions Group. In 2017, they joined HackerNest as the City Organizer for the Phoenix Splinter Cell. Currently, Erick is a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Compri Consulting, where they focus on building relationships with clients, candidates, and the IT community in Phoenix.
