Tobias Westerberg started their work experience in 2015 at Kaustik AB, where they initially worked as a Supportmedarbetare from October 2015 to May 2017. Tobias then transitioned into the role of UX/Interaktionsdesigner from June 2017 to August 2018. From February 2018 to August 2018, Tobias served as a Produktägare och UX/Interaktionsdesigner at Kaustik AB.

In 2018, Tobias joined NetConsult AB as a Product Owner / UX-Lead from September 2018 to August 2020. Tobias also worked as an IT-projektledare from January 2019 to November 2021.

Currently, Tobias is working at Comprend since November 2021 in the role of WaaS - Operations Lead.

Tobias Westerberg began their education in 2007 at Igelstavikens gymnasium, where they pursued a full-time program in Idrottspedagogiska. Tobias completed their studies in 2010, earning a fullstämdig degree in this field. In 2011, Tobias enrolled at Linnaeus University to study Foto, film, video, och webb i pedagogisk praktik, an area that they continue to study without a specified end date. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a field of study in Interaktiva Digitala Medier at the same university.
