Berulv Tøndel has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Berulv started their career as a Nurse Assistant in Stockholms stad from 1990 to 1994 and then continued to work as a Nurse Assistant in Stockholms län landsting from 1994 to 1996. Alongside their nursing career, they also pursued their passion for music and worked as a Tenor Saxophonist in the Johnny Blue Orchestra from 1998 to 2002. Berulv also worked as a part-time freelance Design Consultant from 1998 to 2012, specializing in design strategy, logotype design, and web design.

In 1996, Berulv transitioned into the marketing field and joined Distrelec Group. Berulv held various roles within the company, including Senior Campaign and Project Manager, Team Lead, Senior Field Marketing Manager and Team Lead, Senior Campaign Manager and Team Lead, and Demand Generation Manager and Team Lead. In these roles, they led teams responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels to generate demand and drive sales in various regions of Europe.

From 2018 to the present, Berulv has been working at Comprend as an Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Strategic Advisor for digital communication and operations. Berulv is responsible for managing client accounts, providing strategic advice for digital communication strategies, facilitating workshops, conducting user journey mapping, content audits, web analytics, and managing cross-functional agile projects.

Throughout their career, Berulv has gained extensive experience in consulting, project management, account management, digital communication, marketing, and design. Berulv has worked with clients from diverse industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, biotech, biopharma, finance, and property management.

Berulv Tøndel started their education in 1987 at Melhus VGS, but there is no specific degree or field of study mentioned. Berulv then attended Brundalen VGS from 1989 to 1990, where they received a high school diploma in Computer Science. In 1998, they completed a short course on desktop publishing at MiROi Competence. In 2001, they studied visual communication at Berghs School of Communication. In 2006, they attended Berghs School of Communication again, this time focusing on brand strategy, development, and positioning. In 2012, they enrolled at IHM Business School and obtained a degree in DIHM with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, they attended Trailhead by Salesforce for a course on essentials of Pardot for digital marketers, where they learned about marketing automation, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
