Matt Andrews has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Matt started their career in 2001 at Frank T. Lutter Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Component Assembly Systems, Inc. as the Chief Estimator for the Philadelphia regional office. In this role, they were responsible for handling and overseeing all estimates, budgets, and bidding of commercial projects. Matt also finalized contract pricing and scope of awarded projects. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President, and in 2020, they became the Senior Vice President/Regional Manager.

Matt Andrews attended Lehigh University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
