Charles Kaser has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Plant Manager and previously as a Technical Services Manager at Complexus Medical since March 2017. Prior to this, Kaser worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Schafer Industries for a brief period in late 2016 and held various roles including Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Machinist at Complexus Medical from 2005 to 2016. At Complexus Medical, Kaser focused on developing manufacturing processes and evaluating methodologies through a comprehensive understanding of product design and tooling. Kaser's career began at Master Metal Engineering as a CNC Machinist from 1999 to 2005, demonstrating expertise in machine setup and operation.
