Victoria Barry is currently a CS Ops Advisor at CompleteCSM. Victoria has previously worked as a speaker at Gainsight Customer Ops Unplugged from December 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were a consultant and CS Ops Strategist at Boomi from July 2019 to December 2021. At Boomi, they were responsible for Gainsight strategic realignment and adoption. Victoria also created a success swat team to assist in development and adoption of new processes to ensure team collaboration. Additionally, they were responsible for integrating Flow data into Gainsight and ensuring success team is familiar with the product and usage data. Furthermore, they were responsible for design and implementation of all Gainsight reporting for team members, leadership and QBR reviews. Lastly, they were responsible for weekly churn review process.
