Jaekwon Shep has a background in IT support and network engineering. Jaekwon has experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues, configuring AD accounts, deploying laptops, managing network resources, and supporting telecommunications equipment. Jaekwon has also worked as a peer tutor and intern in management information systems. Currently, Jaekwon serves as a network engineer and service desk team lead, planning and implementing network remediation projects.
