Roman Rimša is an experienced professional in software development and project management, currently serving as a Member of The Management Board at Sigli since August 2018, where digital innovation is a key focus. Additionally, Roman is actively involved with NGL and the Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) as a member, fostering investments in early-stage companies. Previous roles include managing teams and projects at Adform, *instinctools, Kenlo Group Ltd, and several other organizations, showcasing a strong capability in leading projects from concept to completion while adhering to quality metrics and best practices. Roman possesses a diverse technology stack expertise, including Java, ElasticSearch, and various web development frameworks. Education was completed at Antwerp Management School.
