Mikko Mustonen is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in various software engineering roles. Currently serving as a Software Specialist at Compile Oy since August 2017, Mustonen also owns Konekonsultointi, a provider of web services and J2EE solutions, since February 2003. Previously, Mustonen worked as a Software Engineer at Logica (August 2004 - August 2017), focusing on J2EE-based solutions for the finance industry, and held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tieto-X (February 2004 - August 2004), developing J2EE applications for the telecom sector. Earlier experiences include working as a Product Engineer at Micsom/Wificom (January 2001 - February 2003), where WLAN billing solutions were developed, and as a Researcher at VTT (June 1998 - December 2000). Mikko Mustonen holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed between 1989 and 1998.
