Ann Wessling is an experienced race announcer and media professional with a diverse background in broadcasting and public speaking. Currently serving as a Race Announcer for The IRONMAN Group since June 2017, Wessling has also held roles as a spokesperson for Denver Mattress Co. since April 2016 and as a Freelance Host/Announcer for Competitor Group, Inc. since September 2009, where responsibilities include hosting the TriCenter triathlon news show and announcing for Rock N' Roll Marathons and TriRock Triathlons. Wessling has been a Race Announcer for Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series since February 2009 and previously worked as a Television Host/Producer for WealthTV and as an Assignment Editor at WHDH-TV NBC News in Boston. Wessling holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology of Politics/Journalism from the University of Iowa, with additional studies at the University of Ottawa.
