Patrick Fehr is an experienced professional in strategic purchasing and recruitment with a diverse background in logistics and employer branding. Currently serving as the Strategischer Einkauf for Competec Logistik AG since April 2023, Patrick oversees procurement activities and the development of a sustainable supplier portfolio. Prior to this role, Patrick led the recruiting team and employer branding initiatives at BRACK.CH AG, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments. Patrick's extensive experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Kohlberg & Partner GmbH, where Patrick focused on recruitment and selection of specialists and management personnel, and as Regional Director at Randstad Switzerland, where Patrick facilitated the growth of new business lines and managed key accounts.
