Theo Allen has accumulated extensive experience in the finance and advisory sectors, currently serving as an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners since September 2020, after progressing from Analyst to Senior Analyst roles. Previous experience includes a Finance Intern position at Proskauer Rose LLP focused on Retirement Planning and Compliance, as well as roles as a Summer Associate at The Blue-Lab and Government Affairs Intern at The Novus Group. Additionally, Theo gained experience as a Studio Sales Intern at Design Within Reach. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with double minors in Management & Leadership and International Political Economy from Boston College, complemented by a high school diploma from Fairfield College Preparatory School.
