Valayna Simon has extensive experience in the field of human resources and benefits management, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Compeer Financial since May 2019 and as a Benefits Manager at ABC Companies since June 2015. Previously, Valayna worked in human resources at Gerbig Engineering Company from January 2011 to June 2015. Valayna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Human Resource Management, obtained from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota between 2012 and 2014.
