Tracy Travis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in marketing, leadership, and education. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Tracy is responsible for shaping future marketing leaders through a comprehensive curriculum. As the Founder and CEO of ImpacTT Collective, LLC, Tracy drives strategic initiatives for purpose-driven organizations and enhances individual and group performance through coaching. In addition, Tracy has held the position of Board President for the School District of Cambridge since 2016, overseeing governance and community engagement efforts. A seasoned trainer with Dale Carnegie Training, Tracy specializes in professional development for global organizations. Additionally, Tracy co-founded S&T Ag, LLC, a production farming operation. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Director at Credit Union National Association, where innovative marketing strategies were implemented across a variety of products. Tracy holds an MBA in Marketing from Edgewood College and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Life Sciences Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
