Joni Reynolds has extensive experience in the banking industry, having served in various leadership roles since 1997. Currently, Joni holds the position of Regional Lending Manager and previously worked as a Lending Officer at Compeer Financial since December 2017. Before joining Compeer Financial, Joni was Branch Manager at MainSource Bank from January 2008 to December 2017, and prior to that, Joni was employed at First National Bank of Grant Park from April 1997 to January 2008.
