Erik Bryson currently serves as a Sr. Credit Officer Risk at Compeer Financial since May 2023. With a diverse background in agriculture, Erik has been self-employed on a family farm since June 2001, focusing on cattle and crop production. Previous roles include Farm Manager at Felton Farms, overseeing a 3,000-acre operation from April 2019 to February 2023, and Ag Lender at Commerce Bank from July 2017 to April 2019. Erik also has experience as an Agronomist with WFS (Watonwan Farm Service Co) and in Agronomy Sales at Five Star Coop. Erik holds a BS in Ag Industries and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
