Adam Gaskill has over 13 years of work experience in the financial industry. Adam started their career at 1st Farm Credit Services in 2008 as a Financial Analyst and later became a Sr. Financial Analyst. In 2017, they joined Compeer Financial as a Pricing Manager, where they were responsible for establishing pricing strategies and models. Adam was promoted to Director of Asset Liability Management in July 2021 and currently leads the Pricing Team at Compeer Financial.

Adam Gaskill completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at Illinois College from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014.
