Matt Perasso is a seasoned Realtor with extensive experience in high-end properties, developments, land, and multi-unit rental properties, currently working at Compass since May 2022 and previously at Prominent Properties SOTHEBY'S Realty from April 2014 to June 2022. Matt served as Chairman of the Edgewater Shade Tree Board from January 2006 to December 2012, achieving "Tree City U.S." status for Edgewater. Early career experiences include an internship at KDVR - FOX 31, assisting news reporters in 2001, and working as an Account Executive at Casswood Insurance, LLC, from March 1995 to August 2000, specializing in property & casualty and life & health insurance. Matt began a career in sales at MetLife from November 1991 to September 1996, recognized as the youngest agent and top salesperson.
