Lenya Checkovich is a licensed real estate agent at Compass since June 2022, bringing a diverse background in management and customer service. Prior to this role, Lenya served as a service manager at COJE Management Group from April 2023 to May 2024 and was the general manager at Dumpling Daughter for nearly five years. Earlier experience includes various positions at The Nines, including line cook, and significant roles at Rogaris Law Office and Conventures, Inc., where responsibilities included administrative support and event planning. Lenya also gained hands-on experience as an assistant farmer at Codman Community Farms. Lenya holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, completed in 2019.
