Romulo Hinojosa

Senior Executive Chef at Compass Group USA

Romulo Hinojosa is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Senior Executive Chef at Compass Group USA since January 2023. Previously, Romulo held the position of Multi Unit Executive Chef at EVO Entertainment Group, and was an Executive Chef at Agnes Cafe & Provisions, where a new concept was introduced to the Houston food scene. Romulo founded Roots To Nature, emphasizing the importance of authenticity, and contributed to Farmhouse Delivery as an Inventory Control Coordinator in the Wholesale Division. Additional experience includes a role with Advanced Natural Group promoting health and wellness brands, a Purchasing Manager position at The RK Group, and sous chef roles at Noble Sandwich Company and Omni Hotels & Resorts. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts, Romulo also holds an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Austin Community College.
