Grace Kollar is a seasoned professional in catering and event management, currently serving as a Senior Catering Manager at Compass Group USA since December 2021. With extensive experience in the field, Grace has previously held roles such as Catering Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company and Brand Assistant at The Contemporary Creatives, where skills in project collaboration, marketing strategy development, and client relationship management were honed. Grace's background includes a strong foundation in operations, logistics, vendor management, and customer service, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Mississippi. Currently, Grace is furthering education with programs at the University of Vermont and UCLA Extension.
