Chantelle Ross is an experienced professional in service management, currently serving as Service Manager at Compass since March 2023. Prior to this role, Chantelle held multiple positions at the Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health, including CYP Service Manager and Operations Manager, from February 2016 to March 2023 and February 2011 to November 2022, respectively. Chantelle has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a PG in Transformational Leadership at the University of Northampton, while also holding degrees in Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Studies and Skills from the University of Derby.
