Alicia Malley is a dedicated Children's Mental Health Practitioner at Compass, a position held since January 2023, following prior experience as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner at Action for Children from January 2021 to February 2023. Alicia's career began as a Nursery Teaching Assistant with Derby City Council from October 2018 to July 2019, where support was provided for childrenā€™s learning in an inclusive environment, particularly for those with additional needs. Alicia's career also includes experience as a Sales Assistant at Selfridges from October 2016 to September 2018. In terms of education, Alicia obtained a Graduate Certificate in Psychological Wellbeing Practice from the University of Northampton in 2021, and a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham between 2019 and 2020, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Birmingham City University (2015-2018).
