Jolene Paterson is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Compass Project Consulting, where Jolene leads global strategic integrated marketing communications and shapes the brand for a diverse range of stakeholders. With a background in business development and marketing in various sectors, Jolene is well-respected in the construction, fit-out, engineering, and design industries. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Communication Science from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
