Bethany Rubin Henderson is an award-winning social impact leader with over two decades of experience translating vision into meaningful action. A trained lawyer and entrepreneur, Bethany has served as CEO of several organizations, including DC SCORES and Compass Pro Bono, and is currently a school board member for Falls Church City Public Schools. With a passion for civic engagement and youth development, Bethany is also an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University and the Do Good Institute, sharing expertise in social entrepreneurship and institutional inclusivity.
