Brad began his career with a tool and die grinding apprenticeship program in Northeast Ohio and moved to North Carolina two years prior to joining Tri-Tec. Brad became part of the Tri-Tec team in 2006 as a CNC Machinist. After serving as a CNC Machinist for a decade, he rose to Production Manager in 2016.
In 2020, Brad decided hands-on work and product creation is where he preferred to be. Brad is now Tri-Tec’s Lead Machinist, helping with programming and employee CNC machine training.
