Gina Bhatti is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People at Compass Pathways since November 2021, Gina previously held the position of HR Manager at Union Maritime Ltd. from February 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions and recruitment needs. Prior to that, Gina was HR Manager at Block Solutions from August 2015 to January 2018, focusing on employment relations, performance management, and compliance.
