Kanika Raheja is currently an intern in Talent Acquisition at Compass Group since January 2024, bringing enthusiasm to the role while eager to learn and contribute within the food and support services sector. Prior experience includes positions as a Tech Recruiter at Workfall and a Human Resources Intern at TNC Aviation, both held from September to November 2023. Kanika holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Chitkara University (June 2022 - June 2024) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University (April 2017 - April 2021), complemented by secondary education at New Lahoria Vdya Mandir Sr. Secondary School.
