Sophie CHEVILLEY is an experienced change management professional currently serving as the Matrix France Change Management Coordinator for Compass Group France since August 2020, with prior experience as the Head of Change Management - Finance at Compass Group from September 2019 to August 2020. Sophie's earlier roles include managing MDM and BI projects at Micropole and working as a project manager and expert in decision-making systems at Team Partners Group. Additional experience includes consulting on BI and functional expertise at Homsys, and an analytical role at DIAC & Caisse d'Epargne. Sophie holds a Maître-Ingénieur degree in Affairs and Finance from IUP ISAFI and a DESS in New Technologies & Decision Support, along with a Scrum Master certification from AGILBEE in 2018.
