Tara Devault has a diverse background in operations and executive assistance, with extensive experience supporting C-level executives across various industries. Currently serving in Operations at Compass Equipment since February 2022, Tara previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Pebble Beach Resorts from July 2021 to February 2022. Tara's career at Compass Equipment also includes a role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from September 2016 to October 2021. Additional experience includes positions at MBA - Merchants Benefit Admin, US Airways, Guardian Wealth Management, Konecranes, and Sterling Savings Bank, ranging from administrative support to project management and customer relations.
