Emily Sparling has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) at Compass Early Learning & Care since December 2016. Prior roles include Early Childhood Educator at YMCA from June 2016 to December 2017, engaging with children in various age groups and after-school programs. Emily also provided care as a nanny and mother's helper for local families between February 2011 and June 2016. Additionally, experience as a Service Provider at Family Services Perth-Huron involved supporting children with exceptionalities. Emily gained initial experience as a Supply Early Childhood Educator during a student position at All Seasons Learning Centre in 2014 and worked as a cashier at The Nutty Chocolatier. Educational credentials include a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Fleming College (2013-2016) and studies at Trent University (2011-2013).
