Zoe Miles is a Senior Product Researcher at Compass Digital since March 2023, with a robust background in design and experience research. Previously, Zoe worked at Xero in various roles including Lead Design Researcher and Senior Design Researcher from October 2019 to February 2023. Prior to Xero, Zoe was Experience Research Manager at Sky New Zealand for a brief period in 2019 and served as a UX Researcher at UX Connections. Zoe's early career included a position as a Research Assistant at The London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on complaint analysis tools for UK Government organizations, and roles at the University of Washington, where noteworthy contributions involved coordinating studies in the Stress and Development Lab and conducting honors thesis research in psychology. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
