Venessa Ortiz-Harry is an experienced professional in the field of social work and human services, currently serving as National Director at Compass Connections since September 2022. Prior to this role, Venessa held various positions at BCFS Health & Human Services from February 2011 to September 2022, including National Director, Regional Director, and Home Study Specialist. Earlier in their career, Venessa worked as a Homefinder & Recruiter at Catholic Guardian Society & Home Bureau (2007-2010) and served as a Calendar Clerk at Smith Mazure Director Wilkins Yagerman & Young P.C. (2004-2007) and Loft & Zarkin (1998-2004). Venessa also gained experience as a Sales Associate Supervisor at This End Up Furniture from 1997 to 1998.
