Eileen Burkhardt Walker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and program coordination within educational and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Operations Consultant and Founding Director of Operations at Compass Collegiate Academy since March 2021, Eileen previously held roles including Operations Manager at Charleston Digital Corridor, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing organizational budgets. Eileen's experience also encompasses admissions coordination at Charleston School of Law and leadership positions at Be A Mentor, where significant fundraising efforts and program implementations were achieved. Eileen holds a Master of Education in Learning Experience Design from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Elon University, along with various international and leadership development experiences.
