Miguel Maldonado has extensive experience in business operations and project management, currently serving as Gerente Soluciones Canales at Banco Compartamos since December 2016, where responsibilities include designing and executing KPIs for channel performance and coordinating budget management for strategic planning that enhances client benefits and credit profitability. Previously, Miguel held the position of Líder Inteligencia Operaciones, focusing on business analysis within the SCRUM framework and documenting processes. Earlier in 2016, Miguel was a Líder de proyecto at Avantis, where tasks involved understanding client needs, developing functional requirements, and providing training and support for SAP Business One implementations. Miguel holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universidad Tecnológica de México and a degree in Industrial Engineering from UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.
