SooWan Jang has worked in the media production industry for over 10 years. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Video Editor at Current TV. In 2008, they joined Comparenetworks as a Senior Media Specialist, where they produced, designed and developed a broad range of video and multimedia products. SooWan also developed and worked with finished scripts, storyboards, and unscripted action. Additionally, they operated media production equipment including HD video cameras, digital still cameras, lighting systems, audio recording systems, video editing systems, computer based production equipment, media creation software, DVD authoring systems, interactive content creation systems, audio/video recorders and players. In the same year, they were promoted to Multimedia Specialist and Editor of Video and Multimedia.

SooWan Jang earned a Master of Fine Arts in Film/Video Production from the Academy of Art University between 2002 and 2005.
