Moran Barokas is an accomplished professional in the field of incentives and innovation consulting, currently serving as the Founder, CEO, and Incentives Consultant at GIA - Grants and Innovation Advisory Center since January 2019. Barokas leads initiatives to help organizations access various government funding programs, including R&D, investment, and marketing grants. Additionally, Barokas holds the position of Head of the Incentives & Innovation Department at Fahn Kanne Grant Thornton Israel and works as an R&D and Incentives Consultant at OK Management Consulting. As an Innovation Consultant for the agency for small and medium-sized businesses within the Ministry of Economy, Barokas specializes in multiple areas of innovation. Previous experience includes roles as Incentive Team Manager at Deloitte and Project Manager at Nistec, with an early career as a Research Diagnostician in the Israel Defense Forces. Moran Barokas graduated with a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bar-Ilan University in 2009.
