Mouath Nairoukh, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at The Department of Municipalities and Transport since February 2022, Mouath previously held similar roles at Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center from August 2018 to January 2022 and at Emaar from May 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included preparing financial reports and conducting reconciliations. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Union Properties from March 2010 to May 2014, contributing to the management of the accounting function for the Rental Portfolio and Service Charges, and at Goodram MIDDLE EAST for a year. Mouath Nairoukh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mutah University, completed in 2009.
