Alexandros Spiridon Kapsis is a highly dedicated educator and sports science professional with extensive experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Currently serving as Course Leader at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο since August 2019, Alexandros organizes and leads lectures while supporting students as a tutor. In parallel, as Head Sport Scientist at The Nutri Hall, Alexandros develops customized training programs for athletes and individuals. Previous roles include Sports Scientist at Leeds United Football Club, where performance was maximized through monitoring technologies, and Assistant Football Coach at Leeds Beckett University, focusing on effective warm-up and recovery strategies. Alexandros also held positions as Health Specialist at SYMMETRIA and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Agia Paraskevi F.C., alongside coaching youth and men's teams at Pas Galatsi. Currently pursuing a PhD in Sports and Exercise at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, Alexandros holds multiple degrees in Sports Studies and Higher Education Administration.
