Libby Rockaway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Companion since February 2021, Libby is also the founder of M.D. Dogs Incorporated, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing resources for training Diabetic Alert Dogs. With a background as a Service Dog Trainer Consultant for LLLeashes LLC since January 2005, Libby has developed training protocols for diabetic alert dogs and offers consulting to service dog trainers. Previous roles include Business Development & Quality Control Consultant at GoldenQuest LLC and Research Fellow in Corporate Social Responsibility at United Way. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from Queen's University Belfast.
