Carlos Fernando Nogueira Nascimento is currently employed as a Senior Supply Analyst at CSN, where Carlos Fernando is responsible for procurement of services, applying Strategic Sourcing methodology, contract management, and negotiations. Previously, Carlos Fernando held positions in finance and supply chain management at Grupo Impacto, Happy Family Comércio de Móveis LTDA, and Polenghi Indústrias Alimentícias Ltda. Carlos also served as a Professional Effective Soldier in the Brazilian Army. Carlos Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Uninove and is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV.
