Marc Pieren is a founding partner at Comp-On AG, HR Solutions since July 2018, where support is provided to companies in defining efficient and attractive compensation solutions through user-friendly tools. Prior to this role, Marc served as Directeur du CAS Compensation & Benefits Management at the School of Management Fribourg from June 2017 to June 2018, where the focus was on delivering academic and practical knowledge in compensation and benefits. From April 2010 to June 2018, Marc was a partner at klingler consultants ag, specializing in compensation strategy, including audits, structure development, and performance management systems. Earlier career experience includes a consultancy role at CC-T in 2009-2010 and serving as Associate Director in HR Compensation & Benefits at UBS AG from 2004 to 2009, overseeing the bonus process for Global Wealth Management. Educational qualifications feature a degree from the University of Geneva (2000-2004) and attendance at Ecole de commerce (1996-2000), among other foundational studies at Deutsche Schule Tokyo.
