Jon Parker is an experienced professional in customer success and business technology development, currently serving as the Team Lead at Commvault since December 2021. In this role, Jon provides technical leadership and supervision while also acting as the Gainsight platform architect and lead administrator. Prior to Commvault, Jon founded Parkwood Digital and held the position of Senior Engineer at Parkwood Digital, focusing on Gainsight and customer success initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Security Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group and as a Systems Programmer at Delcam. Jon Parker earned a BSc (Hons) in eCommerce from Birmingham City University between 2002 and 2004.
