Dylan Holmes, MSc, currently serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist at Community Transit, having joined the organization in January 2021. In this role, Dylan develops initiatives to advance the DEI agenda and improve employee experiences. Previously, Dylan was an Internal Communications Specialist at Allstate, where significant achievements included managing regional campaigns and enhancing business objectives. Earlier experience includes roles such as Sales Consultant, Graduate Student Assistant, and Assistant Coordinator of Events at Eastern Washington University, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in communication.
